From Karma Yoga student to teacher to trustee: teaching multilingual, trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation across New York and Connecticut since 2018, and serving on the United We Om board since 2019 with a focus on business and branding.

Advised North America operations on equitable processes during the retail reorganization: revised job descriptions, introduced hiring rubrics, and managed communication plans for an effort impacting 487 stores and more than 13,000 retail employees.

Introduced lululemon’s first North American accessibility marketplace strategy, ensuring products and services are designed and marketed with inclusivity in mind and expanding reach to diverse customer segments.

Return to Operations, 2020
Reopened 11 stores across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts over eight weeks as Regional Manager, navigating three sets of state timelines and reopening requirements. Guided teams through each opening modality, from the earliest restricted formats through to full operations, in a period when leading people through unprecedented change mattered most.

SeaWheeze 2021 Virtual Half Marathon and 10K
Partnered with three non-profit organizations for SeaWheeze Virtual 2021 as part of lululemon’s Here To Be social impact program, aligning the race moment with community partnerships across North America.

6 x 6: The Ripple Effect, 2017
Led a six-month community program as Store Manager, partnering with one male-identifying brand ambassador to build six new relationships in that demographic and introduce them to the brand through product, movement, and mindfulness. Programming paired conversations on men's mental health and bias with HIIT, yoga, CrossFit, and tree climbing.

Labor Optimization Project: International Markets Delivery, Regional Managers Mentorship, 2018
As Regional Manager, implemented labor planning strategies aligned to financial plans while prioritizing work-life integration, and led Vision & Goals and Practice of Leadership sessions for more than 50 team members, including leaders in Mexico City.
